At Twisty Locks, we design jewellery for the way kids actually live: playing, running, dressing up, and doing it all again tomorrow. We take immense pride in the quality of what we make, and we stand firmly behind the durability of every single piece.

What Your 1-Year Warranty Covers

For 12 months from the date of delivery, every Twisty Locks product is protected against:

  • Tarnishing: Tarnishing of the jewellery under normal daily wear.
  • Abnormal Plating: Peeling or flaking of the plating.
  • Manufacturing & Structural Defects: Products that arrive broken or structurally defective on receipt of your order.

Our Replacement Commitment

If your piece has a qualifying issue:

  1. Our support team will get back to you within 48 hours.
  2. We will replace your item at zero added cost, including shipping.
  3. If your exact piece is no longer available, you can choose any other Twisty Locks design of the same value.

What Is Excluded

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, fine surface scratches, minor scuffs, or dullness of polish over time.
  • Damage from harsh chemical cleaners, chlorinated pools, or alcohol-based perfumes and body lotions.
  • Accidental damage, heavy impact, bending, dropping, or loss of the item.
  • Breakage or damage that occurs after the order has been received.

How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Capture it. Take a clear photo or short video of the issue, and keep your Order ID handy.
  2. Raise a request. Fill out our Warranty Claim Form at https://twistylocks.in/pages/exchanges-returns with your details and the photos or videos.
  3. Quick resolution. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
